Everything people actually ask before working with Sili — what it is, who runs it, what it costs, who owns what, and how fast it moves. If your question is not here, email it and you will get an equally direct answer.

What is Sili?

Sili is a marketing and web-build firm based in Metro Manila, Philippines. It builds lead-generating websites, runs Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns, and produces content and brand work for Philippine businesses. It is founder-led and deliberately small. The name is the Filipino word for chili — maliit na sili, matinding lasa: small chili, strong flavor.

Who runs Sili?

Kris Chavez. He has been an in-house senior property consultant for DMCI Homes since 2016, selling Metro Manila condominiums across pre-selling, RFO and resale, and he also runs marketing for Taxulo, a US-facing tax and advisory firm. Sili exists because he had to build his own website, CRM, lead funnels, ad campaigns and content engine to compete in Philippine property — and then discovered other businesses needed the same things.

Where is Sili based?

Metro Manila, Philippines. Work is delivered remotely nationwide, and the firm is fluent in both Philippine domestic and OFW/diaspora audiences, in English and in Taglish.

What makes Sili different from a normal agency?

Two things. First, everything Sili sells was built and proven on the founder's own business before being offered to a client — the systems are not theoretical. Second, every client site runs on Sili's own shared infrastructure: one wildcard domain, one component library, one deploy pipeline. That means a new site is largely configuration rather than a rebuild, so it launches in days and costs less than a traditional agency build.

What is the sili.ph subdomain model?

You launch at yourbusiness.sili.ph with no domain purchase and no DNS setup, which removes the two things that most often delay a first project. When you are ready to move to your own domain, we map yourbusiness.com to the identical build — same site, new address, zero rebuild and nothing lost. Several clients have already made that move; others are running on sili.ph subdomains today.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your content, copy, images and the finished site are yours, and they move with you if you move to your own domain. The shared component library underneath remains Sili's, in the same way the framework beneath a WordPress theme belongs to its author.

What industries do you work with?

The deepest experience is Philippine real estate — five of the eight live client sites are property sites for DMCI Homes consultants — followed by dental and clinic marketing, and local service businesses. The common thread is a business where an enquiry is valuable enough that generating more of them changes the year.

Are these real clients or a portfolio of mockups?

All eight are live, in production, and clickable from the work page. None are concepts, none are pitch mockups, and none are screenshots of something that was taken down. If a site is on that list you can visit it right now.

How fast can you launch?

A single landing page can be live in days. A multi-page site is typically one to three weeks. The build is rarely the bottleneck — content, photos and approvals are, which is why we ask for them early and tell you plainly when they are what is holding the launch.

Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?

Yes, though the Philippine market is where the deepest category knowledge sits. The firm also works US-facing through the founder's role at Taxulo, so US and OFW-targeted campaigns are familiar territory rather than a first attempt.

What if I only need one thing — just a website, or just ads?

That is completely normal and it is how most engagements start. The four service lines are deliberately sequential rather than a bundle you have to buy at once. Most clients begin with a website, and add campaign management only once the site has proven it converts.

How do I start?

Email kristofferchavez@gmail.com with what you are selling and who you are selling it to. You will get a straight answer, including 'we are not the right fit' if that is the honest one — which is cheaper for both sides than finding out in month three.

Still deciding?

Two pages answer most of what is left. Pricing explains the four tiers and exactly what moves the number. Work lists all eight live client sites — every one of them clickable, because a portfolio you cannot visit is a brochure.
