What we do

Four services.
One point of view.

Most agencies sell you everything on day one and get good at none of it. We earn each service line off the last one's results — web first, then ads, then content, then brand. See all four services →

The engine

Most agencies rent.
We own the pipes.

Every client site runs on our own infrastructure — one wildcard domain, one shared component system, one deploy pipeline. That's why a new site is configuration instead of a rebuild, and why we can start you at a price a traditional agency can't touch.

  • 01

Start on our domain. Launch at yourbusiness.sili.ph — no domain purchase, no DNS homework, live in days.

  • 02

Move to your own when you're ready. We map yourbusiness.com to the exact same build. Same site, new address, zero rebuild.

  • 03

One component library. Every site shares a tested design system, so fixes and upgrades reach every client at once.

  • 04

Git-based deploys. Every change is versioned and reversible. Nothing goes live by dragging a file into a dashboard.

The founder

Kris Chavez

Founder & the one who builds the thing.

Sili didn't start as an agency pitch. It started because I needed all of this myself. I've been an in-house senior property consultant for DMCI Homes since 2016, selling Metro Manila condos — pre-selling, RFO, and resale — in one of the most competitive property markets in Southeast Asia.

To sell in that market I had to build my own website, my own CRM, my own lead funnels, my own ad campaigns, and my own content engine — because nobody was going to hand them to me. Everything Sili sells was built and proven on my own business first. You're not the experiment. I was.

I also run marketing for Taxulo, a US-facing tax and advisory firm, which means Sili is fluent in both markets — Philippine buyers and OFW/diaspora audiences, in English and in Taglish, without either one sounding translated.

“Most agencies show you a deck. I'd rather show you the thing I already built,
still running, still generating leads.”

The questions that come up before every project. More of them — on ownership, timelines, industries and how we differ from a freelancer — are on the full FAQ page.

What is Sili?

Sili is a marketing and web-build firm based in Metro Manila, Philippines. It builds lead-generating websites, runs Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns, and produces content and brand work for Philippine businesses. It is founder-led and deliberately small. The name is the Filipino word for chili — maliit na sili, matinding lasa: small chili, strong flavor.

How much does a website cost in the Philippines?

Sili quotes per project rather than publishing a price list, because scope, page count and whether ad management is included move the number too much for a public figure to be honest. The entry tier starts on a sili.ph subdomain specifically so a first engagement carries no domain cost and no hosting setup — the cheapest way to find out whether a site works for your business before committing further. See how pricing works.

What is the sili.ph subdomain model?

You launch at yourbusiness.sili.ph with no domain purchase and no DNS setup, which removes the two things that most often delay a first project. When you are ready to move to your own domain, we map yourbusiness.com to the identical build — same site, new address, zero rebuild and nothing lost.

How long does a website take to build?

A single landing page can be live in days. A multi-page profile site typically takes one to three weeks, depending on how quickly content, photos and approvals come back — which is almost always the real bottleneck rather than the build itself, because every site starts from a tested shared component library rather than a blank file.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your content, copy, images and the finished site are yours, and they move with you if you move to your own domain. The shared component library underneath remains ours, in the same way the framework beneath a WordPress theme belongs to its author.

What industries does Sili work with?

The deepest experience is Philippine real estate — five of the eight live client sites are property sites for DMCI Homes consultants — followed by dental and clinic marketing, and local service businesses. The common thread is a business where an enquiry is valuable enough that generating more of them changes the year. See all eight live sites.
